Comments:
On September 2, 2008 an unscheduled draw was made on the reserve fund established for the $9,545,000 Community Facilities District No. 2006-2 of the City of Chino, 2006 Special Tax Bonds (the “Bonds”). The amount of the draw was $43,241.85 and the proceeds thereof were applied to the payment of debt service on the Bonds due September 2, 2008. As of the date hereof, the amount remaining in such reserve fund is $585,513.15.
